Please use the template provided below to redact the article.

Article template (.docx)

The article should be prepared using Microsoft Word version 2010 or higher and saved as a DOCX file. If there is a need to use a non-standard font in the document, please enable the 'Embed fonts' option in Word before saving. In addition, please convert the document to a PDF file (should be PDF/A compliant).

After saving the files (in DOCX and PDF format), please rename them according to the pattern:

Name_Surname_PaperTitle.DOCX

Name_Surname_PaperTitle.PDF

*Please be informed that the filenames length are often limited by operating system to the definited number of chars, so you may shorten the title to the first 4-5 words.

*Please do not use spaces in filenames, but replace them with the  _  char.

The prepared files should be sent by e-mail to the following address

In the subject of the message please state the name of the corresponding author and the title of the paper.

In the body of the message please state in separate lines:
- the name and surname of the first author's name,
- the name and surname of the second author,
...
- the name and surname of the last author,
- the title of the article

If possible, please do not use any signature or footer. Do not forget to attach the DOCX and PDF files!
