Special EAEEIE session at ITHET 2024
Please refer to the EAEEIE announcement:
Dear Authors,
It has been agreed with ITHET to organize a special EAEEIE session. Depending on the decision of the LOC (that will be available by the end of August), the special session will take place either on Tuesday, November 5, OR within the regular conferencing days (Wednesday, November 6 to Friday, November 8).
The registration shall be available in a standard way through ConfTool (linked from the conference web page), for the track "European Association for Education in Electrical and Information Engineering". Standard registration fees shall apply (unfortunately we cannot guarantee a special discount for EAEEIE members) -- see https://ithet.net/index.php/attending/ for details. Special deadline for full paper submission shall be August 31, as it will be necessary to do the review process quickly and in time (approximately by mid-September), i.e. well in advance of the final paper submission date (October 11) that cannot be shifted due to administrative and technological limitations. Relevant information will also be published on the EAEEIE website (https://eaeeie.org/).
Apologies for the inconvenience and thanks for considering this option to meet up with the community!

Cancellation of the EAEEIE 2024 Conference
Dear Participants,
On 1 August 2024, we received an email informing us that the EAEEIE Council decided to cancel the conference in Gliwice. The EAEEIE Council also agreed with the organizers of ITHET 2024 that they will provide a special session as part of their conference for people who have declared their participation in the conference in Gliwice and expressed interest in this solution. We are expecting more details soon.
If a participant has already made payment, a conference fee will be refunded .
As the EAEEIE 2024 Organizing Committee, we apologize for the situation.

Call for Abstracts
Extended Abstract submission: 20 May 2024
The call for abstracts is open until 7 April 2024.
Please submit your Abstract in English via the Conference Management System. To submit an abstract, you must be logged in to the system. If you do not have an account, please create one. Please note that after registering in the system, you must use the form to register for the conference. Therefore, if after logging in to the system you see the status Unregistered, it means that you have not completed the conference registration form.
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Please note that the abstract submission must be completed using the provided form and requires entering:
- the article title,
- author names and their affiliations,
- a concise abstract (up to 300 words),
- 5-6 keywords that encapsulate the core themes of the paper.
The abstract should be succinct yet informative, providing reviewers with a swift summary of the study's essential findings. The choice of keywords is crucial as they enhance the discoverability of your work in academic databases. Therefore, it is essential to select terms that are relevant and accurately reflect the content of the article.

Submission of the second abstract: What is the second abstract? It must have the same registrant's name and the corresponding Author (corresponding Author's e-mail address). The other case will be treated as a new registration with the need to pay the full conference fee. How to submit the second abstract? You must create a new account using the e-mail address that is different from the one used for registering the previous account (it's because of website policy). Now you can register again and submit the second abstract. The system will calculate the regular fee, but it will be corrected on your invoice. Checking the status of your abstract: To check the status of your abstract, please log in to the conference system and then click the "REGISTER" link in the top menu. Once logged in, you will be able to see the current status of your abstract and any related updates. Please note that it is important to check the system regularly for any notifications or changes to your submission, as minor notifications will not be sent via email. |
